His role sees him guiding business strategy, marketing and key stakeholder relationships. Somewhat of a local personality, Rick also assumes the role of brand ambassador, often seen on tv representing his brands.
Rick's visionary qualities drove him to launch several high-profile concept stores over a 45-year history, including Rick Hart, Kitchen Headquarters and Rick Hart Seconds among others. His knowledge of retailing and elevating customer experiences is unsurpassed.
Giving back to the community is central to Rick, supporting grassroots sport. He has an association with Lifeline spanning many years, and hosts an annual golf day that has raised more than $300 000 since its inception.
Nick is accountable for the day-to-day operations and is responsible for business performance, supplier relationship management, sales and marketing, people and culture and business development.
No stranger to the electrical appliance industry, Nick's credentials span over three decades, in which he has managed the operations of big brands like: Hi-Fi Corporation, Strathfield, Rick Hart and Winning Group. He also co-founded Kitchen Headquarters with long-time business partner, Rick Hart.
With an eagle eye for creating inspiring and evolved retail spaces, Nick drove the design and construction of the Hart & Co showroom, which Nick is claiming as his best production yet.
Belinda leads Hart & Co's marketing, communications and customer experience strategy. She has enjoyed a 25-year career in the retail industry since being introduced to the family business at a young age. Belinda spent school holidays helping at Rick Hart Genuine Discount Warehouse doing administration jobs and has been hooked ever since.
As previous product buyer for Rick Hart Group responsible for 18 stores, Belinda is passionate about bringing customers an exceptional range, and is actively involved in product strategy.
Belinda's enthusiasm for creating experiences that help customers shop a better way and make better decisions is contagious, and evidenced through her catch-cry ‘we want you to love your appliances as much as we do.'
Michael heads up Hart & Co's Trade Partnerships division, which focuses on nurturing commercial relationships with builders, architects, interior/kitchen designers and bespoke cabinet makers.
Also introduced to the appliance retail industry as a teenager, Michael has 20 years' experience in retail sales management roles. He spent more than a decade as Sales Manager at Rick Hart Group, responsible for more than $120 million in annual sales.
Michael is a personable and motivated individual whose strength lies in the ability for ingenuity in developing new business opportunities, building relationships and drive mutual outcomes.
With his dad's entrepreneurial spirit, Michael has also previously established businesses in hospitality and kitchen design.
