Enter the ‘Postcode’ and ‘Suburb’ from which you wish to collect, during ‘Step 1 - Billing Details’ of the checkout;
During ‘Step 2 - Delivery Options’ of the checkout, select Click & Collect as your preferred method;
Once you have selected Click & Collect, you can proceed to the next stage of the checkout, and complete the rest of your order as normal;
Hart & Co. will send you a receipt confirmation email of your order, once validated, you will receive a Tax Invoice, which you will be required to present at the time of collecting your order, from your chosen Hart & Co. store;
Collect your purchase from your nominated Hart & Co. store.
Your Hart & Co. purchase is subject to a fraud analytic pre-screening that is undertaken during the payment process. If there are any difficulties with processing your order, you will be contacted by the Hart & Co. Team to discuss the status of your purchase. Hart & Co. reserves the right to cancel any orders which do not pass our fraud checks. For privacy reasons, we may not be able to disclose the reason for your order being cancelled. The ability of Hart & Co. to organise the collection of your purchase, including within the specified time frames, is subject to anything outside the reasonable control of Hart & Co..
If you elect to use Click & Collect, you will receive the following from Hart & Co.:
a confirmation email confirming receipt of your order
an email attaching your tax invoice from Hart & Co..
To the extent that these Click & Collect Terms and Conditions conflict with or are contradictory to the general Hart & Co. Terms and Conditions of Sale, these Click & Collect Terms and Conditions prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
We offer a delivery service that operates from Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays.
Hart & Co. takes the COVID-19 pandemic very seriously and has implemented the following changes to our delivery process.
All of our staff and contractors are required to follow strict hygiene protocols and will sanitise their equipment and hands before and after every delivery.
Our delivery drivers are required to ask the following questions:
Have you or anyone else in your household exhibited any cold-like symptoms in the last 7 days?
Have you or anyone else in your household returned from overseas in the last 14 days?
Do you wish for our drivers to leave your parcel in a secure location on your property?
If the answer is YES to any of these questions, our delivery staff will not enter your property, and will leave your items in a secure location on your property. Photographic evidence and GPS tagging will be used to identify that the delivery has been completed.
Regardless of the answers to the questions above, we will not require a signature on delivery, nor will the driver be required to present you with any paperwork. This is to ensure that there is zero contact between you and our driver.
Please still have your ID ready to show a driver from a distance (no closer than 1.5 metres).
If our driver is unable to complete a delivery due to any health or security concerns then they will inform you and leave the property. Our staff will then reach out to organise another delivery (if possible) or a full refund.
Perth Metro and South West Deliveries
Hart & Co. offers local delivery options within the Perth Metropolitan Area. Delivery will be calculated based on your location and the total dimensions & weight of your package(s). Deliveries outside of the Perth Metropolitan Area will be reviewed on a case by case basis. We use our own agents for delivery to Perth Metro and selected South West locations, all other deliveries are sent via our preferred courier service.
Our warehouse that services our shipping is based in Western Australia, shipping costs to remote areas and areas outside of Western Australia may be higher than anticipated. You are able to get a shipping quote by entering your postcode in the quote box on the product page or in your cart. In some instances the item(s) you select may be too bulky to be shipped from WA and you will be presented with no shipping options. Our Metro Delivery Area
We cover from Rockingham to Quinns Rocks and as far-east as Mundaring, WA.
Our South West Delivery Area
We cover from Harvey to Margaret River and as far-east as Collie, WA.
What happens when the goods are to be delivered using our preferred courier service?
We pick and pack your goods ready for shipping within one business day.
In most cases a Hart & Co. Preferred Courier will deliver your purchase to your front door.*
*If you are located in a country or rural area, the courier may only deliver to your local Post Office.
What isn't included in our local delivery service?
Delivery to areas outside of the specified Delivery locations.
Free Delivery of items purchased at a physical store location.
Locating bulky goods to any other level other than the ground floor. Bulky goods are considered goods which require equipment to move it such as a trolley.
Removal and/or disposal of your old appliance.
Installation of dishwashers.
Installation of any appliance which requires cabinet work to install.
Re-Delivery attempts where the first delivery was considered a failed delivery attempt.
Extended Delivery Service
We can deliver goods to certain areas just outside of our WA Metro & South West areas for a small additional fee. If your postcode falls into this category you will be presented with the option to purchase this service over a Hart & Co. Preferred Courier.
The delivery services in these areas are not daily and they can fill up quickly. A representative will be in contact within the next business day to arrange scheduling of your delivery. Delivery normally can be achieved within 5 business days, often sooner.
Unfortunately this item is not currently in stock. If you choose to continue with your online order, we will dispatch your item for delivery when stock becomes available, or you can opt to visit us in-store for local pick-up orders. Please note that lead times vary depending on the supplier and model. Once you have made your order we will contact you within 24 hours with an estimated delivery time frame.
